Steam has steamsales.rhekua.com so you can view a certain game that is on sale and what is the highest sale that the game had.
What does Origin have? I'm planning on going premium with my Battlefield 3 which I got for free from On The House.

In that site, the current price is $14.99
In Origin, the price is $17.45

Both have 50% off.

It's not accurate though. :(

It's correct for me: €14.99 on both.
IsThereAnyDeal is a good site, I'd recommend it too. It lists all legit resellers and can be refined to Steam keys only or not. Has a good bundle tracker too, and the price history helps to determine if a deal is good or not.
The layout is a little early 2000s, but it works for its purpose.

Origin.com is $14.99 American Dollars for BF3 Premium. You must have some other issue if you're prices are wrong on Origin.
