I think they entered a certain amount but Steam said that the maximum price you can set an item on the Market for is 345.00€ (or $400.00) so they changed it back to this limit. Pathetic.

Anyway, the new forum is relatively... new recent (that's better) and there are already people who haven't read the FAQ. sigh...
