your profile should be public. we don't see any reason for private profiles.

I have an issue with someone impersonating me using multiple Steam accounts, sending friend invites to all my Steam friends and joining all groups I'm in, posting there using my nick, and also abusing information from forums where I used to be active. Therefore I've changed visibility of my profile to limit the amount of damage he can do. This happened years ago, but I rather not let this happen again, so I keep my Steam profile friends-only forever except when I have to sync.
But it's ok, I just wasn't sure about the exact meaning of the rule.

Does anyone know if Guns of Icarus Online Costume Pack and Guns of Icarus Online Soundtrack from Humble Bundle Yogscast Jingle Jam 2015, are they now added as Guns of Icarus Alliance? I do not find those DLC listed for Online, only for Alliance.
If someone can confirm these keys are for Guns of Icarus Alliance, I will add them to this post.
