Yes, now you can but that wasn't the case before people complained. It's refreshing to see that Humble Bundle listened to their customers and changed their mind and came up with a proper gifting system. Thank goodness people complained, or else they'd have gotten away with it.

It turns out that you can still gift copies of games you own from the humble bundle, they are just making it easier to redeem ones you don't. When you try and redeem a game you already have it tells you that you already have it and allows you to redeem that part of the humble bundle. It turns people where overreacting to the original news and the humble bundle did't explain themselves well enough. Bravo to humble bundle though for still allowing us to give away the games we already have to those who don't have the money to do so.
