Probably Advertising App is a common default name for some random events thing, since many others used the same naming before.

To be fair, as a developer, I really like the idea of running commands to get my cards. I have so many games and I'm too lazy to keep them running to farm.

Yep, like it's really hard to notice as that's a routine maintenance unless people checks like each time happening at similar time on same day, or asking others about it, most people learned about that in that way.
