The GAs arent made for 20 year celebration editions. The link is to steam store and steam sells 20 year celebration editions. Its a bit diffrent.

The picture doesn't match because Steam no longer sells the base edition. But all the giveaways I've seen have the title correct, not saying "20 Year Celebration". Look for the GA titles, not the image.
(Well, you can still look at the image, because giveaways for the 20 Year Celebration would actually show the image for the Deluxe Edition. Funny, huh?)

^ This. While the current "experts" in HTML and the Steam API within our Support Staff are on vacation, the rest of us have arrived at the conclusion that people are choosing the correct game to make their giveaways, but the picture is "off" because of Steam's monkey-business with their API.
