I dont know how to create giveaways cant find it anywhere

Can somone give me thw link to the site where i can create giveaways or do i have to reach a lvl or something?

Click on the arrow next Giveaways at the top and then select "Create a New Giveaway"

if a game doesn't pop up in the ga creation page, then don't look for a similar title. that game is disabled on sg.
