How do I add my personal group into the giveaway.. Get all my other groups but the one I Created

Have you synced your account after creating the group?

Presuming this is what you want to do (make the giveaway exclusively for your group and not public) you have to select Whitelist / Steam Groups and not Everyone upon creating a giveaway. It is under section 6 in giveaway creation.

I understand when it gives the list of groups the 5 groups I joined are there except the pne i actually created

sync several times and see if that works, but i remember reading sometimes there are issues with groups.

Try syncing again, I guess? Your own group should show up the same as any other, so there's nothing to really do do troubleshooting wise (it could've be from a private profile, but yours isn't so that shouldn't matter) and its almost certainly something resolved by giving it some time and syncing again, and then try making the new giveaway.

edit: also couldn't hurts to log off SG, close your browser, then restart and sync before making the giveaway again
