quick hello and introduction

Hey there, i just wanted to say hello and say how glad i am to find this site. I believe very strongly in being nice to people just for the sake of being nice and this is just another way for me to do that.

My names Phil, you may have seen a few of the giveaways I've started recently to test out how this site works and all that other stuff. From now on every 4 weeks i will be putting up around 4 giveaways (as long as funds allow) which will be focused mainly around indie and early access games on steam, if this interests you then watch this space :) I will also do a few new releases but that isn't something i can afford to do all the time hah.

Anyway, nice being here and good luck you beautiful people :D

Forums are always weird lol, i've ran a few and been administration on a few and every time it turns into some nightmarish dream where everyone wants things their way all the time, too much stress.

Tip: If you want to reduce the chance your giveaway(s) being resold, regifted, or traded away (which is against the rules here at SteamGifts); Check the winner(s) Gifts Won profile and compare it to the games listed in their Steam profile. If something doesn't line up; you have the ability to Reroll your giveaway to pick another winner.

EDIT: BTW most beta games will not show up on the user's Steam library.

Thanks for the tip, my moneys already gone so whether they resell it or not doesn't effect me monetarily i would much rather the games went to someone that would appreciate them. Surely there is a way of checking for this automatically, i mean, the site pulls the games list so it surely doesn't take much to check it against the sites database of won gifts?
