Yes, as long as the key is redeemable on Steam and you do not "misrepresent" the game given away (by selecting the wrong game when you create the giveaway) everything is fine.
If the gift link also contains any bonus material (like in this case a Origin key) it's - well - a bonus.

There are Humble Bunldes to set up as giveaway. ( for example http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/DeMBt/humble-indie-bundle-2 )
So if you want to make sure this is all set up correctly, ask support to add the origin bundle to the list of giveaways.
