Trying to find a post from a few days ago, and failing...

So there was a guy who posted here some days ago about going to report a false document to the police and ended up getting his phone confiscated, and arrested for shouting at the cop because they used his phone for calls and downloads. I also recall he was from Poland.

I remembered about this and wanted to ask the guy what's happening with the situation now, but I can't recall the title of the thread at all, nor the user who posted it. Failing scanning a couple pages of topics, I resorted to asking here if any of you know which thread it was?
