Didn't mark as received

Dude won a humble bundle gift, I checked the link sometime after I sent it, it was used up, but the dude doesn't have it in his library, and didn't mark as received. Should I be worried already, and what do I get for this?

you can make a ticket to request a recieved status after a week is gone you will need to use proof that you sent the key with a screenshot and explain in detail the story, SG moderators are really quick with requests and helpful it will only take a day and will ask you if they need anything more and you will probably get approved

message the person whoever won the GA then if he/she still didn't mark it as a received after 7 days... then you can make a ticket and don't forget to have a screenshot and tell them what happen. I hope this will help you^_^
