"As of the time of publication, Total Rendition has been priced at $5.99 (USD) or £4.79 in the UK. We are planning to change this price in about a week or so. More specifically, we intend to increase the price of Total Rendition to $39.99 (USD) or £33.50, or their regional equivalents elsewhere. So, if you currently own a copy already, congratulations: You will have saved quite a bit!"

[Update] Their new "plea". Too long of a rant to copy and paste.
They REMOVED my thread where i just simply adressed their pricing how it was a bad idea in a civil manner and how some might see it as asset flipping, and again removing ANOTHER thread about them censoring. so they will CENSOR anything they see as bad publicity.
And meanwhile BANNED..

I read their "plea" my favorite part is how they compared themselves to Fallout: New Vegas

"However, if Total Rendition's critics' positions were to be taken to their (il)logical final destination, Fallout: New Vegas would be a "scam" because of Van Buren. Thus, Fallout: New Vegas would get a negative review counting each of Van Buren's bugs"

ignoring the fact that Van Buren is a cancelled project that was supposed to be Fallout 3 not new vegas that you can't buy to a very buggy game that's one level long and is gonna be priced for 40 bucks, honestly have no idea what they're on about

True, it was cancelled. On the other hand, the content and themes that were planned for Van Buren - those got incorporated into New Vegas, as 3 takes place in the east.

Probably this thread got it more attention than it's entire existance combined. Probably more effort was done on the comments than the game as well.

Honestly after reading their latest rant I got massive Cleveland Mark Blakemore vibes, and with the not-so-subtle references to Van Buren I imagine all of this is the work of an RPG Codex troll who must be laughing a lot right now.

At least I hope this is so, for their mental sanity.

I adressed in a civil manner and tried to help him being constructive that his pricing would be a bad idea, that got deleted.
So i made another thread saying how censoring is not gonna do him any favors and just creates bad publicity.
Third someone made a post saying also that censoring is bad, and devs claim that people are trolling him because they judge without having played the game, yet that post also said one can judge a game without even playing it to see that it's crap, so i gave that guy a +1 and now i am banned.

That guy has some serious mental issues.

any sites that track sales data would love to know how many copies this trash sold

edit: now it costs £33.50 it's even more of a laugh considering that these games - all cost less than this trash -https://store.steampowered.com/search/?maxprice=32&supportedlang=english&ndl=1

some of the good games just at the top include:
dead by daylight
deep rock galactic
the elder scrolls online
and rim world and yes these games are older but certainly a lot better than this junk will ever be

even some of the dollar games seem better and you can save money and get more like 6.0 or run and fight - i can't say i have tried them but got to be more value than this offers
