It's never an issue to ask, and I certainly don't mind when it is done in this manner. I can't see anything immediately with your profile, and the only other reasons I have involve blatant rule-breaking, being rude to another user (not necessarily me), an attempted abuse of (real or imagined) power, and a few other things which affect all of maybe 5 people in my fairly small blacklist. Seeing as how this comment displays none of those, and attempts to remedy the fact if there ever was ,and you're not on my list of "unredeemables", I will gladly un-blacklist you. Go have fun and play in traffic now.

I've heard of people storing carrots (fresh, not cut) and potatoes in their fridge. The animals. In my opinion, the only good way to store cucumbers is on the shelf, inside a jar of brine. Never did like them fresh.

I don't think it actually does anything bad for carrots, particularly if you keep them in the crisper it's just not strictly needed, but for potatoes, it actually turns the starch to sugar, changing the taste. Don't think it makes them go bad, so whatever floats your boat. Different strokes for different folks. Just about everyone here in America stores their eggs in the fridge too including myself, but a whole bunch of other countries don't - they last for weeks without refrigeration-.

Assuming you are a thinking, breathing adult, you're probably storing your fruits and vegetables correctly. Sorry to disappoint. So i'm not a complete disappointment take that, Dad!, have a 12 GA train

I applause you and you're awesome. Yes, you. Not the guy next to you, but you, although i'm sure they are awesome too. Without your help, this site would not be as fantastic as it is. Try and not to forget where you came from, however, and show the lower levels and public some love too. That is how we get awesome new users. After all, you were there once too, and look at where you are now.
