Umm, I don't think Nintendo consoles use registration codes anymore. At least I don't remember using one to link it up to my Club Nintendo account a while back. So even if someone did want to help you, it'd do you no good.

And like Rysix said already, begging is a massive no no here.

ETA: I'm pretty sure that this is what they'd expect you to do in order to get coins and a free game from their promotion. So no, it wouldn't work.
