The answer to c could technically be 0 if you will have to buy more cards to make badges, unless you have cards in your inventory that you have no intention of completing the badge for. I am curious how you may potentially deal with that issue.

I'll guess that since most any threads get a few hundred visitors at best and the possibilities even on the smallest range (#B) are higher than that, at best case you'll have one person guessing one right and that'll be it.

Although I have been PC gaming for 18 years I have only started paying much attention to steam this year....other than the sale aspect which I understand what it so special about the summer sale? specifically towards crafting badges?
