Yes, I do agree there are difference, and that we won't erase them. We just need to stop this insane competition between sex. Make the perception of both sex equal is you prefer ?

Well, I'm focused on merits. Whoever is the best, should get the best position/salary. I don't care about a person's sex at all. It holds no relevance to your competences on the work.

I'm not going through a double diploma (French engineering school and UK MSc) just to get payed average salary. I am far from asking to close eyes on merits.But on two people with the same qualifications / jobs, should be the same salary, that's all.
I'm not criticizing women being payed less overall. I'm criticizing women payed less than a man would be payed for the same job.
And also that we stop to say that engineering is for male and class like nurse are being for male. It's because it's split like that that there is an overall wage gap.
I need to go to class, can't watch it right now but I'll sure look into it :)

I like video games. Winning them in giveaways is awesome. Gifting them to people also is nice. Yep, SteamGifts is a pretty cool place, if you ask me. Nice website about giving and receiving video games.

This started as an answer, and then I realize that I wrote a page and a half on word, and decided that it would be a shame to end up at the bottom of a thread, where no one would read it. Yes, I am egocentric like that, I like that stuff on which I have passed time on it are being read. So here it is.
