Fallout New Vegas Ultimate EASTERN???

i got offered this version but have no clue if i may activate it, if there are any changes in this version like violeence etc. anybody knows?

im from germany.

it seems it's the eastern europe version, and it seems to only have Czech, Polish and Russian in itbut you can activate it

This version has English and some Eastern Europe languages only, the Western version has: English, Spanish, German, Italian, and French only. You can activate it though.

It has 4 languages, English, Polish, Czech and Russian. And it can be activated.
