Just a simple "Save webpages" and then edit the HTML, nothing special. Except for the domain that is.

It is just a scam. After you got points (which is very easy via proxies) it says "complete one of our offers" which you should pay for them.

Oh I found it, they literally ripped off the steam gifts link, but instead of .com they used .fr thats dodgy as. None of the links on the site even works either except the facebook ones it seems. Even the statistics on the bottom of the page looks so similar to steam gifts that you can see its been ripped off.

If you look carefully the registrar is in the Bahamas (http://www.internetbs.net)and the .fr extension doesn't mean it's a french domain.

It's not a phishing site, just a link referral site with a couple ads and one of those CPA survey things.
