y cant i play orcs must die

is says preparing to launch but doenst launch. i was able to play demo yesterday

have you tried under properties to verify game ?

I actually recall having a very similar problem with Orcs Must Die when I upgraded from the demo to the full game a while ago. I'm pretty sure verifying the integrity of the game cache (library, right click OMD, properties, local files tab) fixed it for me.
