How can I know how much CV a game will add to my level before giving it away.

Check whether it is bundled or not over here, if it's unbundled, you'll receive full CV.
Is it bundled? You'll only receive 15% of the value.

Yep, what Ambidot and Anyasia said.
Plus, you can look in the steamgifts archive, type in the game, and check how much it is in USD in the left corner.

Oh well that's a useful page; one of my biggest problems with the new SteamGifts site was the lack of a way to browse closed giveaways. Thanks for linking this!

It was sold at a very low price, though it counts as bundled. You must go by the list that Zareh provided. That will tell you the games that provide 15% of its value.

It was the Labyronia Bundle(Labyronia 1+2) and its not bundled yet. Maybe you can't see the game because it was region locked giveaway.
