Cancelled Order on Bundle Stars

I made an order and then had a payment issue and the order just stayed on pending, the next day when I went to sort out the payment the order was coming up as cancelled :/ Now I've missed a few of the items on my order. I contacted support straight away but does anyone know if it's actually possible to uncancel an order?

I suspect if it was a payment issue bundlestars probably canceled out the order and refunded you your money, provided they took the money at all. I'm having the same issue myself, only my payment went through with zero issues as I got the receipt but the order itself is sitting there on pending. If it was the killer bundle 6 I'm wondering if they possibly ran out of keys or are waiting for more..

this is my greatest fear that the keys will run out.
i am having the same problem too, bundlestars got my money and my order is marked as canceled so no keys for me.

I didn't order that one, I ordered the Red Faction bundle, the Spellforce bundle, the Painkiller bundle, the Microids Mega Bundle and Psychonaughts. The only one available now is the Microids bundle otherwise I'd just order it all again.

ah I see, Bundlestars is probably having some issues, every few months their website goes down for a few days. It just came back up like yesterday or the day before from another day long outage. Could be some after effects. Also they do have manual authorization but it's only supposed to be on like 1% of orders or something like that..

Oh ok, it was saying something about manual authorization but that wasn't up for that long before it was cancelled. I hope I can sort this out and get my order, don't really want to miss out on all that I ordered.

no keys until now :-< also bundlestars support does not respond to my emails.
