Hide GA button in more places

The broken eye icon to hide a game only shows on the general GA list.
It'd be great to also have this in the GA detail view and the user's GA list.

This is just a bit of nitpicking I guess, but I sometimes don't realise I don't want to enter a GA (wether because I actually own it/ am not interested) after I've already opened the detail view in a new tab and closed the GA list. Not to mention you can't do this for private GAs, you can try searching for that game in the general list and choose to block the game it there if there're any results... but there may not be.

Actually, I think it woul be cool idea.

I would also love to see info on GAs detail view that this is the game I have hidden. You know, sometimes you encouter such titles when you enter them via invite only GAs, for example in trains. Right now I have around 900 hidden games and I don't remember all of them so sometimes when I see some game in train I have to check it once again. But I guess it's kinda 'first world problem' :P

Uhhhh, hadn't thought about that case, if it where me I probably wouldn't even realise and enter >.<

Yeah, it's not something essential, but I realised I wasn't using the hiding system, and when I tried looking for it it took me a while to find XD
