Can't list Arma 3 Lite as Arma 3 Alpha. Lite disappears while Alpha converts to the full game at release.

You can ask the people that want the game to choose a number between say... 1 and 100 or 200 and use any online random number generator like this one here to generate the number that gonna win the game.

Edit: you can also add a time limit and to set a rule that any participant should only enter with one number
