that is not the problem. the problem its that when i check out it ask me a new credit card but i already have on attached to amazon.

Your Amazon EU and Amazon UK accounts are not fully tied together - ie. your billing address, shipping address and payment details are not transferred. You will need to re-enter card details on the US website to pay.

I'm quite sure that billing details are shared among all the different amazons. I've bought from the French, Spanish, Deutsch, English and American ones and I only had to reenter my CC number and that when buying digital goods on the US.

And to the OP, get a friend/relative/Borderlynx adress to bypass regional restrictions. That would solve it. And if you have to re-enter you CC just do it.

Make sure you use CA as your state otherwise it might charge you some taxes or some sh1t.

For online dist., as long as you don't live IN the home state of the company, you don't get charged tax. Example: Steam is based out of Washington, so only Washingtonians get charged sales tax.

No tax for digital sale in CA. I've used it in over dozen sales and had no taxes.

Why you bend over backwards to buy from Amazon US? You are European, don't directly buy from them, that is simple. There are a lot of deals worldwide and cheap games to play.
