Question about Hitman: Absolution

I bought Hitman Collection during summer sale, played a lot of Blood Money.. Now, preordering Absolution gives you FREE HITMAN COLLECTION, If I bought Absolution, will the hitman collection goes to my inventory and I can giving it away here? OR it goes no where because I already own it? I Regret buying it..

yea, if you preorder it on steam, you'd get the collection copy in your inventory.

Might not be the case if it's NOT one of the items that gets a dupe in inventory.

That's only a small subset

I've heard plenty of cases where people though they'd get an inventory item if they already owned part of a set because it happened with another game, but that's not how it goes for all games, only very few.

I dont know but if steam says "already owned the game, gift it to your friend", then 100% you will have it in inventory.
