Giveaway ended, here's the solution: The giant block of numbers was created with cg's new Steam Text to Emoticon Generator. But instead of using actual emoticons, I just set "6" to the background emote and "9" to the text emote. So to make it readable, you just had to make the 9s stand out some way, perhaps by using your web browser's Find tool. From that, you got the URL "tinyurl.com/lspmnwp", which redirects to the giveaway page. Hope you guys enjoyed it! I'll try to do another one of these in the not-too-distant future. :D
