Okay so it was working fine yesterday. I turn on my computer today and the Steam icon is on the bottom right of my computer so it's running. I try opening it nothing happens. Then the icon disappears. I open Steam, it says it's connecting to my account, then it disappears. I restarted my computer, the icon was back, but same problem. I moved my steam apps folder to a safe location. Uninstalled Steam. Re-installed Steam. STEAM OPENED UP!! I exited Steam. Moved the steamapps folder back.. WTF?!? IT STOPPED WORKING AGAIN!! I restart my computer. The icon appears, I try to open it. It's gone..

WTF DO I DO!?!?

Yeah. When I re-installed it, Steam opened again. But of course I had no games. So I exited it, then put my steamapps folder back and then it stopped working again :(

Also. I tried repairing Steam. In the middle it said "Failed to poke firewall" or something like that. Then when it finished. It started updating the steam platform. When that was done. It said connecting to my account. But then nothing happened after that.
