You did all you could. Leave it as not received, he should then deal with support.

So a week ago, I won a giveaway for Mass Effect 2. I waited the week, then contacted the creator. He seemed startled by me contacting him, then apologized and said he would send it. He said he sent it to my email. After about 10 minutes I asked him to send it again and listed my email. He was shocked and said that's not the email he sent it to. He said he sent it to the email listed, which I know my email was the one actually listed. He apologized once I said I was looking forward to playing the game. He said that if it made it any better, I could get the bundle for $4.95 with the Humble Origin Bundle.
I listed the item as not received. So what happens now. He obviously doesn't have the game. What will be done? Not too sure about what all goes down in this situation.
