Yes, that's typical. Look at the amount of entries of a typical GA that is nearing its end. You have 1:that amount to win that GA, which usually means that you have <0,1% chance of wining it. That in turn means that the chance of you not having won anything at this point is greater than the chance of you having won something.

Did the giveaways you enter have 320 entries or less on average? If so, you have reached the statistical expected outcome and should have won by now, therefore you can consider yourself unlucky. Did they have more than 320 entries on average? Then you're statistically completely typical.
Try to browse the discussion forums more. The giveaways there often have way less entries compared to public giveaways even when in the low levels, and you can easily double or triple your odds. If puzzles are involved and you solve them, even more so.
