Ark survival evolved Players, can you help me?

I'd say install it, think it's needed to go on most servers :P

I don't think you have to. It's been a while since I installed mine though but I looked through my install folders and I don't see it and I have launched the game without problems.

Just googled what it was and it's an anti cheat program, I guess it's also used on other games like DayZ and you may need it to play on protected online servers

Basically, it's an anti-cheat software, like PunkBuster with Battlefield.
