Rocket League not in my library even tho i bought it on bundlestars?

I still played it 20 minutes ago and everything worked but it's not in my library.... bug or..?

The problem appeared again.... even after the " fix " .... please help,i can't update it so i can't play it.

Fixed it,for anyone wondering or coming in this thread from the future,it was in the " hidden " section of my library ( literally,there is a section called HIDDEN in which there are some games and rocket league got thrown in there randomly by steam...)
