how can i rerpot on a fake negative reputation in steam-trades?

very important for me, a lonely hater said im scammer because i said that what he is offering is not worthy for the seller.

Yes, but do provide some kind of proof as to what happened if the comment doesn't contain an explanation.

yes. by the way, as i know, its illegal to name people in public, here in steamgifts, but in personal ticket its legal right?

If they have called you a scammer on part of cg's network (Steam Gifts/Steam Trades etc) you could try http://www.steamgifts.com/support/new. If it is external I don't know.
