I need help remembering....

So there is this engine or w/e that basically host 2-d games, such as this megaman versus game that had all the characters and you could unlock with the more kills you got, this resident evil game, this bleach rpg game, and this naruto rpg game and etc. I can't remember the name of the program but i know the basic color schemes were blue and white, and i think the logo was a blue ball, basically you just open the program type in the name of a game join the server and you'd be playing, id really appreciate it if anyone could tell me the name of the program. btw, all the games were basically top down, kinda like graal online but pixly, Btw all these games were online multiplayer.
