Week 5 is done and history.
It changed the routine!!!! and my muscles have known it!!!
Omg! the burn and delayed onset of muscle soreness that this week brought, reminded me much of week 1.
We pushed through it though and for a moment Friday had me almost broke!
Didn't want to do it for I knew what was coming and NO. Not this time especially after a restless night.
But we did fire up the old Diesel engine and got the show on the road.
This song Fedde, I know it is basic and repetitive but man oh man does it allow me to push through a few more reps when the abs are burning and red sirens are wailing inside.
Also forgot to mention.when body and mind are whining, just get it started. More often than not you will find that after 5 minutes everything starts co-operating.
Talking about Its , finished watching IT yesterday, great movie, very tense and even I have listened to the book before so I knew what was coming!
Now a little puzzle to celebrate the fifth week!!!
