Rockstar can't make a PC games! GTA should be played only with gamepad or on console. Multiplayer will be unplayable due cheaters, hackers, modders... (did you played GTA IV or Max Payne 3 online on PC?). It's really easy to hack their games, because ALL stuff stored on CLIENT SIDE, such your health, movement, ammo, money... etc. It's ok for console game, but not for PC. Rockstar will not rewrite entire multiplayer code just because of PC. Rockstar never loved PC, they making console games! Pretty sure, if Rockstar can, they never released it on PC, like RDR. If you really want to play GTA V in HD and GTA Online with normal players, better buy nextgen console (Xbox One, PS4)

What have you done???
Now, you have broken the cycle of the universe and warped time and matter! The only way to fix this is to go back in time to an earlier state of the universe and recover the special power artifact hidden deep under your bed, and use it to warp back the time and matter to a parallel world where Ronald McDonald is an evil mastermind who stole the cheesecake! Only YOU can save us, now!

If you really want to support the developers, or the franchise as a whole... by all means, pre-order. I'll do it from time to time. I'll be doing it for GTA V on PC as well (once it's available for pre-order on Steam and they confirm Steam Achievements).
Just understand the risks. The game may have issues, it may not work on your machine (or not as well as you'd like), or you may simply not like the game. You may also have trouble getting any kind of refund once the game is in your hands. If that doesn't sound worth it to you, then there isn't really any benefit to doing so without some kind of pre-order bonus.

There is no flamethrower, nor jetpack, in this game. Therefore, 3/10.

You don't gain anything by preordering it, cancel your order. You'll probably be able to get it cheaper closer to the release date, and you'll be able to see what people think about it. Just buy it on the release day, you don't lose anything, and like that you can see people's opinions first, aswell as probably getting it cheaper.

i got it for cheap though not on the real seller (Steam) This is why i can still cancel it.

Still might be able to get it cheaper, or maybe you'll change your mind completely about whether you want it. Otherwise, maybe (however unlikely) Steam (or another distributor) will add something extra to the preorder, DLC or something similar. But like I said, that's unlikely from looking at Rockstar's previous GTA's
