Oh man, thanks - I remember back in the day upgrading my RAM to 64 megabytes and being excited that I could edit & play on the largest size TA maps!

Thanks, but I see the link - I also can access the page where I could get it for free. But when I click I am redirected to the main page without getting the game. I also tried searching the game via the search function.
