It's been a while on Steam since I actually spent any real life money (since September to be exact). With 2662 cards still left to drop there is some good mileage left. Trying my hardest though to get as much of them to drop before Christmas sale begins.

Anyway share your lists here.....

Mine are:-

  • Just Cause 3
  • Kyn
  • Missing an Interactive Thriller Episode 1
  • Troubles Land
  • Grand Theft Auto V
  • Anomaly 2
  • Vampires: Guide them to safety
  • Alone in the Dark: Illumination
  • Colour Guardians
  • Guardians of Victoria
  • Dead Realm
  • Dracula's Legacy
  • JRPG Bundle
  • Little Big Adventure Bundle
  • The Park

Well, it's not a game, but I bought a real nice TF2 hat or two from these trading cards.

Wow, that's quite an impressive list.

I don't use any idling software to get my cards, I just play the games and see the cards as my bonus for finally playing them. Because of that I haven't received that many cards yet, not enough to make any major purchases. 1-2 games on sale have probably been financed by cards though!

Hard to imagine how long it will take without using idlemaster.
I just craft them until I'm level 50, unless the card fetches a high price (> 20 cents) and the card money goes into buying gem sack to make profitable booster packs (if there's any).

I'm sure there's the odd cheapo game I've picked up on sale when I had some inventory cash from selling a foil or two, couldn't say what they were.

Usually keep my cards, apart from one time I was broke one weekend, wanted to try DAyZ so I sold enough cards to get it. That was back in January 2014 and cards were worth a bit more as the gem thing hadn't happened yet - it took about 200-250 card sales to get it.

That i remember from the top of my head?

DBX
Alien Isolation
Metro, both
Apparently Game of thrones
Super Mega baseball
payday 2
L4D2
Zombie army trilogy
One of the naruto games
Bioshock triple pack
Borderlands presequel (though i had to add like 2 bucks to get the season pass)
Proxy blade zero
Legend of korra
Kung fury
Iron brigade
Strider
Transistor
batman blackgate
Deadlight

Looks like a lot of money, but after steam changed the currency from dollar to MEX pesos, i have getting dirt cheap prices sometimes. For instance, alien isolation was roughly like 120 pesos (7~ish bucks) and so forth.

The problem is that i have less than 2-3 hours in all the games combined, centered in metro, baseball, zombie army and king fury.

Rest i have not even touched them. Hell, i just realized i got GOT. Time issues and backlog is real.

EDIT: COD WAW too.

I'd love to do it, but for people in the US they want our tax identification number when reaching 200 (I think that's the limit). I'd rather not give that information to Valve. :(

My vote is both. With less than 500 games, mostly bundled, cards don't bring meaningful income. Still better something than nothing and I guess it was enough to fund couple of GAs )

Yes, I always sell the cards, I don't remember what I bought with the money though, mostly some cheap games I'm not interested in.

Many bundled, but best I got trading for cards was, Shogun 2 Total War Collection, If I remember right it was a year ago for 200 random cards
