Can I create forum-private giveway for semi-restricted game ?

Hello :]

I know that creating public giveaways for country restriction codes is against the rules, but I wounder if it's ok to create that kind of giveaway as a private and put link on the forums ? With details what countries can enter.

So yeah it's not single country restriction but still it won't activate in US or France, e.t.c :/

No.

You cannot make giveaways, including private ones, for region-restricted games.

What you can do is just throw the key up on the forums. That's about your only option.
