Your translation is good. He says "Allô monsieur, comment je peux vous aider, monsieur ? Oui monsieur, comment je peux vous aider ?".
I won't say that the grammar is terrible, but it's not perfect indeed. It's pure oral. You are supposed to say "comment est-ce que je peux vous aider ?", or more formal, "comment puis-je vous aider ?", but in fact, you'll hear that often. A teacher will probably say "That's wrong" if you write "comment je peux ... ?" though.
Definitely not a native speaker, the accent is terrible.

'comment je peux vous aider ?' is definitely wrong.
'comment est-ce que je peux vous aider ?' kinda sounds weird if you are using the formal 'vous' (I mean the singular one) since in this case it would make more sense to use 'puis-je'.
If you are not being formal you would say 'Comment est-ce que je peux t'aider' so not using 'vous' I guess.

Even at work (not a very formal workplace though) we'd say "Comment je peux t'aider ?". We certainly wouldn't use "puis-je", even with a "vous". Sure it's not written style, but orally it's definitely usual. I'm not even sure this isn't proper grammar, actually.
Can't wait to get back home to listen to this ^^

Damn, it may be because I live abroad since a while, but I have a doubt now. It still does sound weird to me, but well.

Well, you'll still surely hear "Comment puis-je vous aidez" at the Fouquet's and other fancy places though ;)
And probably the strange way it's said in this audio, plus the repetition, makes the informal construct sound more weird that it actually is

but yeah his accent is terrible. =/

Oh come on, you can't expect everyone to speak French without an accent. Don't forget french is one of the hardest languages to learn (especially hard if you don't already speak one of the Romance languages).

I learnt English, I watch movies and series in the original version (so in English often), I listen English songs, but I still have the worst English accent ever. I even have an accent (from Alsace, a region in the east of France) that can be mocked in my own country... I definitely don't expect to hear a Frenchy-French-Froggy-from-France accent from everyone.
Thing is that's very unlikely a native speaker (that's his right). I don't know the purpose of this MP3 clip, but if it's from a French class, it's a little bit strange from the teacher to give something like that to the students.

That's what you think, many languages are much more difficult to learn than french. In fact French and English are pretty close (as well as the other latin languages) So if you think English is difficult, then yes, French is a little bit harder, but if not, French is one of the easy language in the world.
Try to learn Chinese, Icelandic, Bengali, Korean or Hebrew and you'll see.

I don't speak French but I thought it would be interesting to see what an online speech to text converter would say. I tried two different sites and both did a horrible job. They came up with: "Follow me to cover your bills it if you. We miss you cover your beloved" and the second site: "hello good to go with oblivious to what we miss you coverage of the lived it".
I'm sure that was no help, but have a bump :)

It's a very short MP3 clip that can be played in the link above.
He says two things.
If you could please tell me what the two sentences he's saying are, I would appreciate it!
Thanks!
