What to do if...

Hey everyone,

What am i allowed to do if i won a game or DLC or whatever and didn't remember that
I already own it.

Technicaly re-giftig it would be against the rules.

BUT if i will give it back to the original owner, he is able to raise
his stats.

So, is there a rule or something like that for this special case?

REMEMBER: The use of the word "IF" is on purpose, so that u all know:
I DIDN'T WON SOMETHING THAT I ALREADY OWN!
I was just wondering.

Make a ticket with support. Then give it back to the original owner. Support will re-roll the giveaway and it will pick a different winner

Saying you received it but him not gifting anything out makes you the criminal, there's a report option for just that case
