question about code giveaway

i have a code for a copy of Planet Explorers do i set up the giveaway like a normal giveaway with Planet Explorers as the game and when the giveaway ends just send the code to the winner like sending the game from my inventory from steam (sorta)?

send the code in a message on steam i mean
