Why is this steam game page fucked up ?

It seems that https://steamdb.info/app/39530/ is Painkiller: Black Edition, while
https://steamdb.info/app/3200/ is Painkiller: Gold Edition
It seems that Black Edition only exists in the background, it has no separete store page, gets redirected to the store page which is actually 3200 - PK Gold Edition's, just still titled as Black Edition.Besides it's inconvention (you buy the game, you get the real Black Edition (39530), and according to some folks on the game's forum they can't write a reviews about the game. - but there should be no other problem with it.
I really hope I got the stuff right, I'm almost falling asleep, I'll try my best to answer tomorrow if you'll have other questions :)

Yes, the same game, but the old one isn't available for ages. The only difference is that the new edition is packed as one file for download and has multi-language support.
It's a bit… difficult to keep track of the various Painkiller editions, that is for sure.

So... is it against the rules to win it again? Can you have it twice on your Steam account? Ive been skiping all these years Painkiller Givaways because I have that old one.
