Mine's not as fast as Devil231's (Romania has by far the best speed/cost ratio in the world), but it's fine for me.

BTW, I'm going to study Master's in Italy, I hope your internet quality is ok ;)

It is capped after 50GBs of download. Normally it have to be ~8Mbit

Unfortunately Turkey mostly don't know what is Internet. Internet connection is expensive enough and quality isn't so good either.

My result, don't look at the ping, just a bad moment, usually it's about 35-40 ms. And this is from a friend that lives near me... But far enough to have fiber. Probably the same contract as the OP.
