Gifting 4 games from the IndieFort bundle to a horror and exploitation film fan

Well, I got the IndieFort bundle just for the sake of owning 3079 and Dark Scavenger so now I have 4 games I don't really want so I'll gift this games to one lucky horror and exploitation film fan (You can actually do this, kudos Gamersgate).

The rules are simple, there are 4 questions that you need to answer in order to win:

1.- Herschell Gordon Lewis finished this film that he bought for 25 bucks that ended up getting featured in MST3K. What's the name of this movie?

2.- What's the name of the composer for many Lucio Fulci films and Umberto Lenzi's Nightmare City?

3.- The Funhouse was a Tobe Hopper slasher film that got banned in the UK as a Video Nasty. However, they accidentally banned it since it shared the same title as another infamous and much more graphic horror film. Which film was the one they actually wanted to ban?

4.- Name of the film that inspired the character of Elle Driver in Kill Bill?

I wish I could meet some of the hundreds of exploitation legends that show up on many expos. Sadly, Mexico has no horror expositions :/
