Gift was sent and no response...

It's been 5 days since I sent him a redeem link. In giveaway, I specified that a gift will be sent via email but no email replied back until now. 2 days ago, I add him on Steam and he comment on my profile that the link is not working so I message him back that he need to copy and paste the link. Until now, no email or message. And the link still working...

What should I do? Should I request a new winner? What if he redeem it before a new winner does?

Wait 7 days in total and re-roll the winner.
And pray for the next winner to do it quickly.

This is why I usually give the other person the key and have them redeem it while I'm with them in Steam chat.

It's been 7 days now. I already submitted a user report for the best result. Hope that if I have to re-roll the winner, he'd redeem it fast enough.
