How do I level up?

Maybe I'm just blind (Every so often my reading comprehension goes from college level to "how did i graduate grade school?"

is it through comments, entering giveaways? starting those of your own? just waiting over time? all of the above?

try typing "level up" in search bar and press enter... hell have you considered using google? something like "steamgifts lvl up"? don't think blindness have anything to do here
