I am unable to purchase the stack of gems, says there is an error and I should refresh the page and try agian... 20 times later.. still happening

Seems like a cheap way to get booster packs, and then craft badges, or sell them for a profit... it seems silly

Ok here is one pro tip : its much easier to buy gems via smart phone . No need to refresh page just smash buy button. Bought gems serval times in minute or two.

Did someone figure out how to get the Gem Maker badge?

Turning backgrounds/emoticons into gems doesn't work and neither does merging 1000 gems into a pack.

It seems like the gems may have been exploited. Why would people sell 1000 gems for 3 cents when the items that they crafted into gems were worth more than 3 cents on the market? Maybe I am missing something.

The market was so overloaded that you probably had to get really lucky to even place a buy order on the sack of gems at the 3 cent price. I definitely was not able to do it. The sack of gems market page wont even load now.

i have 1000gems...means sack of gems but i am not able to sell it on market..any suggesation why this happen?? i don't want 1000gems at all need back all backgrounds and emotions

I so hope steam just remove all peoples gems and refound the money if they spend any on it... this was a total clusterfuck...the system was broken, so busted after first minute of being release it no idea how steam didn't though out this better. They NEED to wipe out all gems and refound peoples money and get rid of this very dumb idea
