Is the threshold for gifting to a different region still at 10%? According to SteamDB EU is €5.99 and US converted €5.43 which is -9.24%. Taking US as base price the EUs €5.99 is 10.18% more expensive though. So are EU peeps ok to enter or not? How is it calculated exactly?

Oh yea, FYI Amazon doesn't let you purchase digital game codes anymore with a gift card. I was planning on buying this there but it wouldn't let me. So don't buy gift cards for anyone if you know they plan on using it for digital games or xbox/psn subscriptions. Real shitty change.
