I cant remembar the name of that game ... AAARGH .... (a puzzle if you like)

Hey guys I've got a problem. there is this game stuck in my head and i can't remembar the name of it.

-Its first person (or form behind of person optional) RPG. slashing the enemies the way you like :) everything was in 3D ofcourse. PC game the graphics were nice but not mindblowing.

-Action takes place in a city ruined by demons/creatures of nether (something like that).

-There were 4 classes to choose from. something like: warrior, mage, shooter, and im not sure but there was an engineer class i think. So overal magic/tech kind of skills.

-The game looked very "grey/dark" in my opinion since it was always cloudy city/town (the buildings werent that high). sometimes you have to go underground. (no random generated locations i think) Closed locations (not open world rpg like fallout))

-There were all elements that come with RPG. spells, level ups, specific crafting system (destroying rare items for parts),

-Towns were always underground since the surface was dangerous.

-I last played about 5-7 years ago i think.

If you know some website with good "game finding" service, plz share, i couldnt find it on sites sugested by google

Sooo ringing any bells ? Write some titles below. Ill edit this post if anything else comes to my mind.
